Home > Broadlands
The House and the Mountbatten Exhibition are now closed. Broadlands, the historic home of the late Earl Mountbatten of Burma, is to undergo major remedial work over the next two years.
Of necessity, this will mean that the house will have to be emptied of all its contents and therefore will be closed to visitors throughout 2009 and 2010. Please note that the visitor season of 2011 may also be affected.
Broadlands, the home of Lord and Lady Brabourne by descent from Viscount Palmerston and the Earl Mountbatten of Burma is open to the public by guided tour only. The museum depicts the life and times of Lord and Lady Mountbatten.
The House & Mountbatten Exhibition is now closed and will re-open from Thursday 26 June to Tuesday 2 September, Monday to Friday afternoons only from 1.00pm until 5.30pm.
