Rose Cottage is conveniently situated for visitors to Basingstoke and the surrounding area. A Victorian house which has been extensively renovated and modernised to offer guests their own facilities in comfortable surroundings. The village of Oakley nearby has 3 public houses offering evening meals, one within easy walking distance.

All rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. All have their own tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV and are centrally heated. There is ample off road parking and guests have their own separate entrance. A choice of full English or Continental breakfast is offered. All rooms are available for single occupanc. All rooms are non-smoking.

Continue past the turning on your left and Rose Cottage is immediately on your left, and signposted B&B.
