This exciting complex combines the history of medieval King John's House and Tudor Cottage with the heritage of this ancient market town displayed in the adjoining old Victorian shop with a recreated parlour, street scene and gun shop.Award winning period gardens surround the buildings. A tearoom, serving cream teas and a tourist information centre is also on-site. Art exhibitions and special events are held regularly.
