Annexe of a farmhouse built to a high specification to provide one large double bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom including separate shower from bath, fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. The unit is totally self-contained with ample car parking. Please note that the swimming pool is now fully fenced for safety purposes and there is also a tennis court on site; both of these facilities are available by negotiation.
The property lies in the middle of Hampshire countryside yet conveniently situated for road and rail links. It is a short walk from Bentley (“The Village” featured in BBC Radio 4 series and later as a televised series) where you will find pubs, village shop and hairdresser. Good for cyclists and walkers.
Seven day, five day and two day lets available. We are located just off the A31 between Farnham and Alton.
