Plenty of off street parking. Ideal for tourists and business alike. Chawton (Jane Austen), Selborne (Gilbert White) are close by. Farnham, Petersfield, Bordon and Alton are within easy reach. Good walking and golf in vicinity. Pub serving food and others close by.

Road Directions

From Petersfield take A3 to London. Follow signs for A325 to Bordon. Approx 1.5 miles N of Bordon turn left at traffic lights for B3004 to Alton. After 1 mile at Kingsley 50 yds on right is track to Spring Cottage. Playground is on right. If you reach church or pub turn back.
From Farnham take A325. At traffic lights after 6 miles turn right for B3004 to Alton.
From Alton take B3004 to Bordon. In Kingsley, pass church on right. Approx 70 yds on left after last house is track to Spring Cottage.
